The closing reception also included Stopher playing a live set of tracks from his many albums, including his newest release, "Audio Prayers". The artists were well prepared for a good closing reception crowd not unlike First Friday’s crowd and were happy to be showing their work together before Dominic heads down under.
About the space: Moore always intended Frontal Lobe (part of the Braggs Pie Factory building) to be short term. It will be closing the weekend of August 28th so Moore can move on and focus her energy on other areas of interest to her in the community. She has handed the reins over to Nancy Hill (owner of letterpress-printing shop Hazel and Violet). Hill will be moving in the week of August 31st and will open her new gallery, Chartreuse on First Friday September 4th.
